linux memo - FTP

sometimes, FTP Port will be used by  /etc/init.d/xinetd

We could use command

netstat -tulnp| grep 21

Verify port 21 is used or not. 

If be used by /etc/init.d/xinetd

We could used following command to let /etc/init.d/vsftpd to get port 21

 
[root@www ~]# /etc/init.d/xinetd stop  

[root@www ~]# /etc/init.d/vsftpd start

[root@www ~]# /etc/init.d/xinetd start
